Food Assistance:

For food assistance, please find your neighbourhood food bank. Drop-in food assistance at the Lawrence Heights Community Food Bank is available for out-of-catchment visitors on a one-time basis.

Regular Drop-in Hours:

Mondays: 1pm to 3pm
Tuesdays: 4pm to 7pm
Wednesdays: 1pm to 3pm
Thursdays: 10am to noon
