Sounds of the Season

As we all continue feeling the effects of these challenging times, for the most vulnerable in our communities, the impact is much greater. Inflation has made it difficult for many families, leaving them without the means to feed their children. As we speak, thousands are going hungry.

Food bank usage is at an all-time high right for North York Harvest right now. Over the past year, we have served 25% more individuals than 2021. 29% of our visitors are children and 13% are seniors.

CBC’s annual month-long event, Sounds of the Season, is back again. For more information about Sounds of the Seasons programming, visit http://cbc.ca/sots. Join us on December 17 for a Community Event! Details will be posted at a later date.

Now, more than ever, our community needs your support to face this unprecedented challenge.
