Charitable Tax Receipts:
- Tax receipts for one-time donations will be sent by email within five business days.
- Tax Receipts for monthly donations are issued annually as a single consolidated receipt, sent by February 28 each year.
Please review the following tips to ensure your receipt arrives successfully:
- Check your email for a message from Natasha Bowes (support@northyorkharvest.com)
- Natasha’s message contains a link to download your electronic tax receipt.
- Can’t find Natasha’s message in your inbox? Please check your junk or spam folder. Mark the message as ‘safe’, ‘not junk’, or ‘not spam’ before attempting to download your tax receipt.
- Clicked the link but don’t see your tax receipt? Look for it in your ‘Downloads’ folder.
- Received an error message when you clicked the tax receipt link? Try one of the following:
- Right-click the link, select “Save link as” or “Download linked file” to save your receipt to a folder of your choice, OR
- Try using a different browser. Chrome or Firefox may handle the download differently than Safari or Edge.
