Based on Statscan data (July 2021), older adults of 65+ comprise 19% of our population. In fact, we currently have more seniors than children of 14 and under in this country.
To ensure seniors in our North York Harvest community – clients, donors, community partners and volunteers – can live their golden years to the fullest, we have launched a series of videos sharing valuable information on physical, emotional and social well-being.
