Layoffs and closures have left thousands of families who relied on hourly wages without the means to feed their children. As we speak, thousands are going hungry.
Food bank usage is at an all-time high right for North York Harvest right now. We are not just seeing a return of existing clients, but also many new ones as well. In fact, our new clients have more than doubled since the start of the pandemic.
