Please fill out the form below if you are interested in joining the virtual food drive or donating food to North York Harvest. Once we receive your registration, a North York Harvest staff will contact you.


Food & Fund Drives 2021-2022

  • Coordinator, team captain, contact information
  • Name of organization, school, or community group hosting the food & fund drive or fundraiser
  • Describe your event/initiative and how you are raising food and funds.
  • Please provide your social media handles so we can acknowledge your support!
  • By publicly naming North York Harvest Food Bank as the beneficiary of my event, I agree to deliver the full amount of the proceeds raised as soon as possible after the event date. I agree that a representative of North York Harvest must approve the use of its name and/or logo prior to public use/promotion.

 


Please note that registration must be approved prior to organizing, publicizing or holding the event. North York Harvest respects the privacy of its donors. The information we collect is used to process donations and keep our donors informed about our activities.

All donors are protected by the Ontario Donation of Food Act, 1994 which absolves those who donate in good faith from liability.
